Include location range of date or a spacific date.   How many outfits or looks you want to capture. And how many edited full resolution photos you would like after the shoot.  Other options like prints etc.  ANd Ill be sure to give you are fair and reasonalble price and high quality service. If this is for a event like a full day shoot and we need to go over details before hand I might request a face to face meeting to talk over details.
